Within the framework of the Grec Festival we premiered an intimate, beautiful and ephemeral show, of which I am very proud to be part. For just 3 days you can come to see us at Sala Barts in Barcelona with the work “Cartes a Julieta“, a very special adaptation into Catalan of the album by Elvis Costello and the Brodsky Quartet from 1993, after being inspired by the love letters that people from all over the world had sent to an address of an old monastery in Verona, where according to legend lived the character of Juliet, created by William Shakespeare.
A concert directed by the director Sergi Belbel and where I am accompanied by a fantastic solo quartet from the Orquestra Simfònica del Vallès, which for the occasion will be called the “Quartet Juliet”.
