New edition of Catalonia Butaca Awards and I’m nominated again for Best Actor in a Musical for Sugar, El musical. Thank you!
The names of the nominees of the 2016 edition surprised the Sugar team with 4 nominations: Best Actor in a Musical for my colleague Xavier Duch and Ivan Labanda, Best Actress in a Musical for Beàlia Guerra and Best Musical. We could not be happier!
The Butaca awards were the first theatre awards in Catalonia with popular vote and are currently considered a prestigious award in Catalan theatre, being this its twelfth edition. Last year I was already nominated for Best Actor in a Musical for the show Guapos y Pobres by Toni Martín and Xavi Torras.
